- Experience 1 – 2 Years in HR Operations
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Need to take care of attendances and payroll of employees
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Works in partnership with Managers to support the transition of new joiners and provides guidance to Managers on boarding & sourcing induction materials.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Involve in Employee Engagement strategy to drive employee satisfaction, from Entry to Exit.
- Communicate effectively and work with team members and managers at all levels
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
