HR Operations Associate

  • Experience 1 – 2 Years in HR Operations
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Need to take care of attendances and payroll of employees
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Works in partnership with Managers to support the transition of new joiners and provides guidance to Managers on boarding & sourcing induction materials.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Involve in Employee Engagement strategy to drive employee satisfaction, from Entry to Exit.
  • Communicate effectively and work with team members and managers at all levels
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
