Talent Acquisition Executive (Non-IT)

Position: Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Non-IT)
Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate feedback, and relationship building.
Experience: 2 months to 1.5 years of comprehensive Non – IT recruitment expertise.
Skills: Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities and Duties:
-Conducting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
-Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and identify suitable candidates.
-Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and techniques.
-Following up with candidates regarding interview feedback and next steps.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
-Communicating effectively and working collaboratively with team members and managers at all levels.
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in our applicant tracking system.
-Providing regular progress updates to hiring managers and senior management.

-At least 2 months to 1.5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on Non – IT recruitment.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
