Required Skills
1. Good Troubleshooting skills /Software related queries of our global clients either through Phone, Email and remote sessions
2. Documentation of the case and functional writing skills required.
3. Utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.
4. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
5. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
6. Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models (e.g. shift, call availability etc…)
7. Clear communication skills and Ability to work independently.
8. Confident telephone manner and Fluency in English.
9. Must possess excellent written & spoken communication skills.
10. MCSA/MCSE/MCTS/MCITP Desired
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016
Develop action plans to investigate and resolve complex issues and clearly communicate the action plan to customers.
Provide assistance to customers on Windows No Boot and Unexpected Shutdown Issues.
Provide root cause analysis of Unexpected Shutdown of the Operating System
Resolve the Windows Update issues and also assist in the Installation of the Microsoft Security Updates and other Windows Updates.
