As a part of our VMware GMS support team, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch solutions. Harness your strong admin, operational, and management skills in VMware vSphere, NSX, vSAN, VCF, and vRA products to serve our global HPE customers. Your ability to adapt quickly and cater to diverse cultures will be an asset.
Eligibility & Qualification:
A Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an Enterprise Managed Service environment.
Certification on the latest track, like VMware VCP, CCNA, or ITIL is an added advantage.
Flexibility to work in a 24X7 support environment.
Minimum level should be INT if applying as part of an Internal Job Posting.
Technical Skills:
Admin, Operate, and Manage vSphere Datacenter.
Hands-on skills in VMware Site Recovery Manager for disaster recovery.
Proficiency in VMware vRealize Suite Horizon View, vSAN, NSX-T, and VMware VCF.
Basic knowledge of Linux Operating Systems, Network, and Storage technologies.
